Sign-in email didn't arrive?

A few things to try, in order.

1. Wait a moment

Mail delivery is fast but not instant. Give it a minute or two — first-time emails from a new sender are sometimes slower than subsequent ones.

2. Check your spam or junk folder

Sign-in emails come from no-reply@notify.appingenuity.co.uk. If you find one in spam, mark it as Not spam or add the sender to your contacts — that way the next link won't get filtered.

3. Make sure the address was right

Autofill sometimes substitutes a saved address that isn't the one you meant. Go back, then on the "Check your inbox" panel use the Use a different address link.

4. Still stuck?

Two options:

  • Ask the person who invited you to this site. They can re-send the invitation from their admin tools.
  • Email support at support@appingenuity.co.uk — please include the email address you tried to sign in with and the approximate time you tapped the button.
